Our strong solid auger
Our heavy-duty auger: It's special design auger that use plenty of FDA material,not slim or hollow, it's solid and its material is 8 times stronger than normal plastic, very durable, our auger build-in SUS304 lenghtened Shaft and SUS304 ring at the bottom, that's more durable.Other supplier's auger is slim and hollow auger, without the SUS304 ring at the bottom. The slim auger has much gap between the filter, it will remain much food inside while our auger is little gap, it can press the fruit tightly and get more juice, less pulp and the pulp is very dry.
Patented Food Chute, Do not copy !
Our patented food chute: it has two size of chute, one is for a whole apple, another is for strip shaped vegetables. It build-in a tongue that can prevent children's hand come into the food chute, more safety. This design broken Kuving's food chute patent. While some supplier insert a S.S blade inside the Chute, It's very dangerous. other suppliers copy Kuving's food chute and they will involve into Patent issue.

1. Are you a trader or the real manufacturer?
We are real manufacturer,mainly produce slow juicer,blender,food processor,clothes dryer,etc.
2. What kind of certifications do you have for slow juicer?
We haver CE,GS, CB, RoHS,LFGB, CCC,EMC,LVD,EMF . Others if clients demand,it is acceptable for applying for.
4. Is your slow juicer with BPA free?
BPA free material(Tritan/PEI/Ultem) is optional available.
5. What accessories are included in the gift box of slow juicer?
Basically,finehole filter,cleanning brush,2 containers,pusher,manual book have been already packed into the gift box.

6.How can I place order?
You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
7.How can I pay you?
After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T, L/C are the most usual ways we are using.
Western Union can be used for sample payment.
8. What's the order procedure?
First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your /confirm/iation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 30days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
9.How do you check all the goods in the production line?
We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
